This is a very contentious issue for Libertarians yet I believe it can be justified to prevent massive deception and corruption of Democratic processes. Basically it is to keep the Internet Giants honest.
There is something diabolically wrong with the ‘Terms and conditions’ imposed upon users of Computers and the internet, as I am no expert on this subject I am not sure what can be done about it that is consistent with Libertarian Ideals… this is a discussion I would like to open to hear other peoples opinions….
Right now I am at a loss to what the solution is. Trumps Idea has a heck of a lot of appeal.
There is no doubt it is a matter of urgency to put an end to the Machinations of Big Tech Socialists.
They are literally seeking World Domination and the Technological subjugation of the entire human race.
I intuitively believe there will be either a sound consistent argument that vindicates this curtailment of Internet Giant caprice… some legislative means by which discrimination is outlawed and gross power of the TechLords is reined in.
The main reasons Donald Trump is reviled, and censored is because he is an outspoken defender of Freedom, National Independence, and Free Speech against Globalist aims for their New World Order.
As a person who left Facebook because of it’s corrupt censorship and propagandisment for the Global Antichrist New world order, it has been painful for me to continue using Youtube… for similar reasons, though Youtube has not been as bad as Facebook IMO…. it is still evil in this regard and so I look forward to the day I can disentangle myself from that platform too. I realise I am compromising myself… and I don’t like it.
Hopefully some of these other platforms will rise to becoming serious competitors and alternatives, and I believe they will as more and more of the real brains, and Truth tellers get either thrown off Youtube, or desert it for more principled platforms.

Capitan Gustav Von Tempsky (Major) Was A Great Man of High Character… A Hero Who Gave His Life For Our Country.
Today’s blogpost is in defense of the character and Legacy one of New Zealand’s most brave heroes of the 19th Century. An artist, Adventurer, and man who fought to defend our young nation from violent overthrow, and who gave his life defending the Treaty of Waitangi for the sake of law and order… as a member of ‘The Armed Constabulary’.
The contribution that he, and his generation made to secure our nation and lay the foundations for our prosperity has been shamefully forgotten in the century of peace that followed their brave and principled actions.
The Heroic Death of Von Tempsky.
Von Tempsky in his time was a celebrated Hero!
He was worthy of public esteem.
Along with other defenders of New Zealand in recognition of their service to our nation, the city of Hamilton would name a city street in his honour.
The name of the city itself ‘Hamilton’ was named after yet another brave soldier who lost his life fighting Rebel Maori at the Battle of Gate Pa.
The Tainui led Kingites and their allies were defeated by the joint heroism of both British and Loyalist Maori forces, upholding British Sovereignty and the Rule of Law, securing the future Peace, good will and prosperity we now enjoy.
Because in war there are victors and the defeated, afterwards there are always those who carry bitterness and scheming malcontents looking for wealth and power can take advantage of such divides by devious political means. This is where the desire to destroy the reputation of Men like VonTempsky finds it’s root. Haters gina be haten… the scent of money via playing the victim…. ‘Reparations for past oppression’…. thus the impetus to generate ‘tales of injustice and woe…’
Truth is the first casualty.
Obviously having been defeated in battle some insignificant few cling to resentment, ill feelings and harbour desires for Utu, yet time tends to salve wounds, and having fought wars against vested interests that desired to prevent progress, and drive Pakeha ‘back into the sea’, the nation sought to put the conflicts of the 1860s aside (this is true of most of the defeated leaders of the rebellion too) and focus on fostering unity and quiet… yet sadly in doing so…
100+ years on we have allowed an ignorance to prevail in succeeding generations about the true nature and causes of the conflicts … an ignorance that is now being fully exploited by a minority of malevolent envious malcontents… Contemptuous politicians, ideologues, and racist activists to spread lies about the collonistation of New Zealand…. so that today instead of being revered with their due honor, Von Tempsky (and his contemporaries) is being reviled as some sort of racist monster… a purposefully politically fabricated caricature that is supposed to be representative of the ‘evils of colonisation’ in general.
I have written in defense of Von Tempsy’s honor many times in the past, in particular I made a written submission to Hamilton City Council in 2020 when they asked for public submissions on the proposal to strip Hamilton City of place and Street names that honored great men of our colonial past, in particular many who fought and defeated the Tainui Kingite rebellion (Read here).
The desire to destroy these tributes and monuments comes from a specific political Lobby and vested interest.
Hamilton City Council announced a suspension of this public discourse into these matters under the pretext of ‘Social Distancing for Covid 19’.
A scheduled public hearing was postponed… indefinitely. I suspect they had miscalculated the public backlash that was expressed in written submissions.
Instead they implemented a scheme that only granted excusive participation from selected quarters…. mainly Tainui activists… bypassing/ disenfranchising the public at large from having a voice in the process… The Hamilton press failing to voice any protest to their machinations.
They instituted a shambolic closed doors ‘inquisition’ of Gustav von Tempsky… and found him guilty… and past the verdict that his memorial street shall be ‘Blotted out’.

(note: No real public process was involved in collecting ‘1600 signatures’ for these petitions. They will have been collected at places like Wananga’s and Marae, ie in places where the false narratives of the wars are most strongly indoctrinated, and given Hamilton city has a population of over 180 000, 1600 signatures represents less than 1%!)
These articles represent how our nations media has been hijacked by Far left radicalism… Marxist Communist anti-British colonsation doctrines.
I seek to expose the extreme malice and gross injustice of misrepresenting the character of the Brave Men such as Von Tempsky who fought for Queen and country.
Today, quoting from recorded history, and from other personal observations, I will further reinforce my contention that history bares witness to the fact that Von Tempsky was a man of Honor.
Von Tempsky was not ‘a Maori hating Racist’ as the Woke left try to portray him, and I seek to expose the duplicity of his detractors who point to his ‘Glory seeking antics’… as evidence of an evil racist ‘Blood-lusting’ mentality.
They fail to apply the same standard to the mindset of the thousands of Rebel Maori Warriors who were absolutely obsessed with the attainment of such glory for themselves… and who ready did take pleasure in the slaughter of white people.
James Cowan.
There is no higher authority in the recording of the history of the armed conflicts in New Zealand of the 1800’s than James Cowan and his two volumes ‘The New Zealand Wars’.
Not only did Cowan visit the sites of battle while there were still ‘bullet holes in walls’, and spoke with many who themselves were participants able to give their accounts of what happened where… and why, Cowan demonstrates high levels of objectivity, and if anything like many Pakeha of his times his sympathy leans towards the dignity of the ‘Brave Rebels’.
This is esp conspicuous in his telling of the Battle of Orakau.
This is apparent when you read his history. I would measure his achievement as being willing to give credit where ever he thought it was due… but esp to ‘the underdogs’… The Rebels who were fighting against a far Superior Foe.
Courage… ‘Pluck’… being the primary virtue in war esp in ‘forlorn hope’. And the rebels surely were not inferior in this.
The fact is… as a person whom is well read in New Zealand history I assert you will struggle to find any traces of the ‘Bigoted White supremacy and desire to oppress Maori’, that todays Separatist radicals assert was the signature character of Pakeha in the first century of Colonisation.
It simply is not there. Yet compassion and the desire to praise Maori is virtually universal… yet you can only know this… if you actually study the historic records themselves rather than imbibe the ideological falsehoods of Radical and politically skewed modern day pseudo-Academics. They are Charlatans!
The Kingite Rebellion was a violent breach of the Treaty of Waitangi.
J Cowan called their cause… ‘A Struggle for Independence’ J Cowan. The New Zealand Wars. pg 316.
Governor Grey expressly warned if they did not desist from their murderous hostilities that were a breach of the treaty, he would punish them, and that they would lose their guarantees over their land which was part of the terms and conditions of them *honoring the treaty* esp the Sovereignty of Queen Victoria.
It is from Cowan’s works that I will now quote and make commentary…
“The Engagement At Mahoetahui.
The Upper Waikato contingent had gone home after Puketa-kaurere to tell of their victory over the pakeha, exhibit their trophies of battle, and plant their crops. The news of their prowess in the field, and and the sight of the soldiers’ caps and red coats in which some of them paraded, their newly gotten rifles, bayonets, and cartridge pouches, aroused at once the admiration and the jealousy of their neighbours. Ngati-Manipoto’s exploits fired all the Waikato tribes with ardour for the field. Nati-Haua’s war-fever could no longer be allayed even by the peace-loving Wiremu Tamehana. The stalwart men of Matamata, Tamahere, and Maunga-tautari had reluctantly remained in their kaingas when Potatau forbade Waikato and Ngati-Haua to cross the Puniu river and released only Ngati-Manipoto for the war on the Waitara. But now the old king was dead, and his runanga at Ngaruawhahia had little control over Ngati-Haua of the plains.
Why should Ngati-Manipoto have all the joy, and glory of killing the Pakeha?…”

The above short passage is just a tiny taste of what is recorded in ‘The New Zealand Wars’ as to the Rebel Maori’s love of War and express desire to slaughter Pakeha.
Maori of old worshiped Tu… a Bloody God of War and after less than a hand full of decades since the signing of the Treaty of Waitangi, the Warrior Cult was still at the forefront of the least civilised tribesmen. Even today this aspect of Maori Culture is understood as foremost.
There is a lie circulating that the Urewera iwi Tuhoe never took part in the Maori rebellions of the 1860s.
They certainly did!
Moreover Tuhoe was an extremely Warlike people… and famous for their Black mystical Arts.
let us see how they are described by James Cowan…
‘These impassioned war-calls intensely excited the young warriors of Tuhoe, and inspite of the advice of some of the old chiefs they raised a company for the assistance of the Maori King. Two casks of gunpowder were given to Rewi’s party. One of these – presented by Harehare, Te Wiremu, and Timoti, of the Ngati-Manawa, at Tauaroa- had been sent from Ohinemuri by the old cannibal warrior Taraia Ngakuti, of Ngati- Tamatera. The touhungas had recited charms over the cask of powder to render the contents doubly efficacious asgainst the Pakeha; and it had been given the name “Hine-ia-Taraua.” Takurua Koro=kai-toke joined Rewi: he was the elder brother of Harehare, the present chief of Ngati-Manawa at Murupara, on the Rangitaiki. He and his wife Rawinia (Lavinia) were both wounded at Orakau. Harehare himself, having no grievance against Europeans, did not join, saying that he would fight the troops if they invaded the Rangitaiki country, but not otherwise. But Tuhoe and Ngati-Whare entertained no such punctilio; they were eager to make use of their weapons, and would travel far for the pure love of fighting…’

So if any justice is to spoken about the lust for war, it must be understood that The Rebels themselves were by far the most enamored.
Nor did Martial minded Pakeha like Von Tempsky disrespect their War-like customs. It was understood that Martial prowess was *a source of Mana for any people* that demanded respect.
Likewise was Von Tempskys bravery and prowess in Battle revered by his enemies.
The blatant duplicity of so-called modern Historians, Socialist politicians, and Separatist activists in seeking to slander the character of the Colonial defenders by painting them as Blood-lusting greedy warmongers when in truth…. after the facts of Von Tempkys chivalrous conduct during the Wars are understood… those savage characteristics far more accurately describe the Bulk of Rebel Maori than the character and exploits of Von Tempsky.
Reading James Cowan’s ‘The New Zealand wars’ Wairemu Tamehana looms large. What singles him out from his ‘war-fevered’ peers was his ‘Peace-loving’ restraining influence and warnings that war would bring ill upon them. It was the fact that by far the prevailing desire among the rebel tribes was to exterminate the Pakeha that Wairemu Tamehana was ultimately unable to dissuade the Rebels from the murderous and disastrous actions that resulted in their defeat.
Activists and revisionists seek to portray Von Tempksy as a ‘Maori Hater’… a white supremacist bigot….
As to Von Tempsky’s attitude towards race and towards Maori in general, Cowan records that in Von Tempsky’s corps of Forest Rangers included 2 Negroes.
Cowan also mentions that before Von Tempsky arrived in New Zealand he had been involved in military’s escapades in South America in which he commanded an irregular force of ethnic Mosquito Coast native Indians. (James Cowan The New Zealand Wars Pt 1 pgs 269,270)
Conspicuous only to those who take the trouble to look into these events for themselves, Professor O’Malley’s character profile of Von Tempsky in his report for Hamilton City council is skewed in that he omits that prior to coming to New Zealand, while in America Von Tempsky had led a contingent of *Mosqutia Natives*, instead only mentioning the Von Tempsky had his first military’s experiences there.
O’Malley makes no mention of the two Blacks who served in Von Tempsky’s hand picked squad of Forrest Rangers.

J Cowan notes that prior to joining the Forrest Rangers, while at the Coromandal Gold fields Von Tempsky himself had experienced some prejudice ‘on account of his nationality’

These facts do not square with the accusation that he was a man of pompous White supremacist bigoted views.
These are the sort of fact that would not be conducive to achieving the aims of Tainui and the Woke members of the Hamilton City Council in getting rid of VonTempsky’s legacy and ‘De-colonising’ the City… which is why corrupt O’Malley omits them from his report.
He was paid to produce a report that served to justify the intended political aims of Tainui and the Woke Council.
One opportunity O’ Malley used to paint Von Tempsky as a villain was when he expressed jealousy in playing no roll in the exploits of an action carried on by his friendly rival Captain (Major) William Jackson against raiding Maori Rebels. (O’Malley Report 112-113). O’Malley claims the action was reported as being ‘Murderous’ in the ‘Daily Southern Cross’ yet does not provide any verifiable reference… and so O’Malley presents Von Tempsky as being a Man who takes pleasure in the ‘Murder'[slaughter] of Maori including Woman and children… even though he was not there!
The truth is this action was far from ‘Murder’, but was in fact in just response to murderous raids this Hupu of Koheriki Maori were perpetrating against hard working and relatively defenseless pioneer ‘frontier’ homesteads on the outskirts of Auckland in which these murderous raiders were killing families, Men, woman in Children tending their farms.
“On the 13th October a party of Koheriki retaliated with an attack on unarmed Europeans within a short distance of the Galloway Redoubt. An elderly man named Job Hamlin was killed, and his companion, a boy named Joseph Wallis, about 13 years of age was terribly tomahawked, but by a miracle survived his wounds…”
“On the 15th, October an old soldier named Fahey and his wife, who were settled on a small bush farm near Ramarama, were out milking their cows when they were surprised by some of the Koheriki and shot and tomakawked…”
” A party of twenty Koheriki natives on the 26th October raided Kennedy’s farm at Mangemangeroa, a few miles from Howick in the direction of Maraetai. Mr Trust, who was in charge of the farm, was away in Auckland at the time, but there were three of his sons in occupation, besides two men, Courtenay and Lord. Ambrose Trust was the eldest son; the others, Richard and Nicholas Trust, were nine and twelve years of age. Lord, who was a workman on the place, was leaving the farmhouse at about 7 o’clock to go to his house when he saw a number of armed Maoris crouching in a ditch near the house. Lord and Courtenay escaped, but the latter was wounded The Maoris fired through the front window. Ambrose Trust Trust, taking his little brothers by the hand, ran out the back and hurried in the direction of the neighbours. The Maori gave chase and shot down the two small boys. Ambrose, wounded in the shoulder, with difficulty escaped.

This is the type of Atrocities the Kingites were committing.
These shameful attacks were sanctioned by the Kingite Rebel leadership as an implicit part of their strategy, it is therefore outrageous of O Malley to then call the Forrest Rangers response to these Koheriki raids ‘Murder’.
The response was fully justified *Utu*.
It was because of these outrages that the Forrest Ranger companies were formed, and that O’ Malley omits the context of the ‘Paparata fight’ in light of what these roving bands of rebels were committing in my view constitutes a purposeful intent to misrepresent the historical facts for the sake of a political narrative.
Calling O’Malley an historian is an outrageous lie.
He is a Charlatan.
He and his ilk completely reverse historical truth!
It was the Rebel Maori who intended to commit Racial cleansing and atrocities not Grey’s Collonial Government.
The Colonial Government had to defeat the Kingite rebellion to prevent them carrying out their intention to slaughter the entire population of Auckland!
That the Kingites intended to slaughter Men, Woman, and Children was expressly warned by none other than Wiremu Tamehana.
” The war now waged was very different from Hone heke’s chivalrous tournament of 1845. It was a racial war; The Maori aim was to sweep the pakeha to the sea, as the Pakeha Government’s object was to teach the Maori his subjection to British authority. In August, 1863, he wrote to the Governor cautioning him to bring ‘to the towns the defenseless, lest they be killed in their farms in the bush,” “But” he concluded, “you are well acquainted with the customs of the Maori race” The frontier settlers who remained on their sections did so at their own risk. No chief, not even a King or the kingmaker, could restrain a party of young bloods on the war-path seeking to flesh their tomahawks. They would quote the ancient war-proverb, He marara kokti ihu waka” ( A flying-fish crossing the bow of the canoe”) in allusion to any luckless persons whom a fighting Taua might find in it’s path, and in the stern logic of the Maori there could be no reasonable protest against the practical application of the aphorism by cutting short the career of the “flying-fish”.

From the above quotation we also get a picture of the truth that it was the Young Rebel Maori Warriors who reveled in murder and the tomakawking of the defenseless!
In no way can Von Tempsky’s conduct as a fighting man be compared with this real *Old world Maori barbarism and brutality*… defenseless people are considered ‘flying fish’ to be tomahawked.
Von Tempsky’s Art Legacy
With respect to Von Tempsky’s treatment of Maori woman during the War, and accusations of atrocities committed Rangiaowhia, anyone who takes the time to investigate recorded History will find the truth to be in diametric opposition to the fabrications of the Anti-colonialist Radicals!
Unlike the British/Colonial forces in which only men fought (save woman defending their own homesteads from murderous Rebel assaults), on the Rebel Kingite side woman often participated in battle as active armed combatants… on the offensive… making it very difficult for the chivalry of the British who found it repugnant to shoot woman.
eg, With the attacking warriors ‘
…was a woman, armed with a single barrel gun, a cartridge-belt buckled about her waist. The little clearing, so quiet a few moments before, was filled with the bellowing of heavily loaded ‘Tupara’ and the sharp crack of rifes. These realities are never admitted to by the lying Separatist radicals.
In truth it was the Kingites who relished the slaughter of Non-combatants, Men, woman, and children… not the British and Colonial forces.
At the capture of Rabgiaowhia James Cowan records that it was only after suffering repeated sniping from hate filled wahine, did troops move to capture them… they otherwise would have been left alone unmolested… and still even after having been disarmed and held prisoner VonTempsky signaled a guard to allow a woman to escape.
Later… when the actual Battle of Rangiaowhia took place and the Kingites were defeated, in the flight Wahine were intermingled with the fighting men to avoid shoot them the call went out from the British for the woman to ‘sit down’ those that heeded the call were saved.
No mention of any of these nuanced facts in O’Malleys Report which seeks to maintain gross fallacious pseudo-historical generalisation that the Kingites were the victims of vicious racism, Greed, and atrocities.
O Malley’s agenda is consistent. He Mistreats Governor Grey with the same malicious omission. Grey was a man of High Character and Bravery. At no point does O’Malley do him justice. For example while mentioning Grey’s unannounced visit to Ngaruawahia, O’Malley fails to mention this visit was done for the sake of avoiding conflict… it was a peace mission, at great risk to his personal safety. Grey trusted in his *Friendship and good will* with the Maori King. These are not the actions of a greedy warmonger.
Now I would like to discuss a witness to Von Tempsky’s impeccable character that as far as I can see has been totally overlooked … that is his own treatment of Maori as depicted in *his Art*. I believe Woke Socialist politicians and activists have avoided discussion of his Art because they literally paint a different picture as to VonTempsky’s attitude to Maori.
The study of Art tells us a lot about the artist’s inner voice.
I contend that by looking at the paintings Von Tempsky bequeathed to posterity you can see with your own eyes that he took great pains to present Maori as people of heroic and noble bearing.
The painting themselves are devoid of anything that could be construed as ‘White Supremacy’.
No Maori can glean any ill intent in how he portrays their race in his art.
I his aim was self Glorification of his race, and the debasement of Maori, He could have easily chosen to portray the grotesque savagery and barbarism of his enemies which he would have been very familiar having fought hand to hand combat with many frenzied blood-lusting Toa eager to claim his life to imortalise their own mana… yet he never stooped to such fickle ideological vice.
Thus his paintings testify to his good character, and they rebut the lies leveled against him.
Like so many lands that were once colonies of the British Empire We here in New Zealand must endure a campaign of relentless lies and malicious posthumous character assignation of many of our greatest historical figures.

This is a youtube channel I have only just discovered. These people look like they have been the target of the system for a long time… over a whole raft of issues.
My first impressions are this guy appears to be a genuine advocate of self-reliance and independent living.

I have only just become aware of the work of Massad Ayoob…. a third generation American of Syrian ancestry… Expert and instructor on firearms, defender of the Second Amendment.
This guy speaks with an air of authority, and a depth of wisdom on matters of gun safety and Law that in my limited opinion has few peers.
Having watched several conversational You Tube videos I was very impressed… for example his videos discussing ‘Mob violence’ and The Kyle Rittenhouse trial (Below).
It must be remembered that Ayoob speaks from ‘the US Legal perspective’ which varies from State to State and from my home country New Zealand’s Legal system.
Given the current Civil Unrest that has been purposefully orchestrated in US cities by the George Soros/ Democrat funded Criminal organisations posing as ‘Protest movements’ for the sake of destabilizing their society (and especially to blacken Trumps otherwise spectacular Presidency) … the destruction, violence, murder, and chaos the ensued… and what transpired with regards to Kyle Rittenhouse in the midst of all this obviously stimulated Ayoob’s commentary on these related subjects, and what a wealth of insight and good advice he proffers!
Not only on the legalities that saw Rittenhouse being acquitted of any wrongdoing, but also on the nuances of being in a situation where there is Mob violence occurring… how best to handle your self defense in that situation.
Avoiding the cesspool… He made no personal commentary on the politics of these events.
Watching Ayoob Videos we can see he certainly is no ‘Whack Anti-Police Gun Lunatic’ … much of his advice seeks to de-escalate any tensions when interactions occur between Gun owners and Police (for example when you get a knock at the door at 3am in the morning… or when you have a firearm and are pulled over).
He promotes respect and understanding… and speaks from first hand experience seeking peaceful outcomes.
That is about all I have to say about my impressions of this self defense firearms expert.
I will watch more of his instructional videos and commentary.

Postscript: Guns, Civil Unrest, and the Globalist Agenda.
The following ruminations I thought best to add as a postscript given they are my thoughts that should not be inferred to have anything to do with Massad Ayoob’s personal beliefs about the state of the world… of which I have no idea.
New Zealand needs our own ‘Second Amendment’.
This became esp obvious with regards to the Christchurch Terror attack and the Governments Jackbooted response.
Ardern exploited the attack as an opportunity to push her anti-gun population disarmament agenda.
Self Defense and Gun Laws are matters of great importance to the Libertarian ideology of a Free society… which are at complete variance from the Socialist Totalitarian Police State in which Tyranny reigns unchecked upon a defenseless and subjugated slave and brainwashed population who believe their Prison walls are keeping them safe.
New Zealanders do ‘technically’ have the legal right to self defense yet it is very nuanced and we don’t have the legal right as citizens to own pistols for self-defence.
As a Libertarian I advocate for Law reform to recognise our just right to do so yet we have a Government, and Police force, and social conditioned Sheepish population that are antagonistic to this legitimate right being recognised in Law… so I have no delusions about the Nil prospects of this law reform happening any time soon.
Keep this in mind when we contemplate how defenseless this policy left the victims of Brenton Tarrant in his Barbaric Massacres at the Christchurch Mosques in 2018.
I made this point as I prepared to deliver an oral submission to the Government inquiry into how this atrocity occurred and what could be done to prevent such a thing happening again… yet Bizarrely… having initially received the invitation to speak… They failed to inform me of a place and time to appear… so my argument that was founded upon Bearing arms for self defense was not herd in the public hearing.
The Ardern Reigime and Police had always sought to confiscate Guns from Law abiding New Zealanders and reduce their legal rights… and to pseudo-justify this approach… the last thing they wanted is to face open reasoned criticism against their oppressive agenda.
I had already made a written submission that was ‘supposedly considered’ and put into the public record.
All I could do is put my undelivered oral submission onto ‘Eternal Vigilance Blog’ and share it on social media.
IMO it is conspiracy fact… an open secret spoken out loud and at the same time denied… that the Globalist Cabal of Schwab/ Soros Socialist minions are seeking to overthrow Western democracies and install their New World Order and we can see a whole raft of suicidal policies being enacted by these traitors against the best interests of their own peoples.
The madness of their policies is starting to cause massive pains and social backlash… The Truckers protest in Cannada, The Farmers rebellion in the Netherlands, and the *Real insurrection* in Shri Lanka. Even Brexit can be seen in this light.
The Globalists openly admit their ‘Great Reset’ will cause big pain to populations around the Globe and in anticipation of this they have been busy Politicising and Militarising Police forces and brainwashing them into suppressing the legitimate Democratic Rights of their people to Publicly speak, to rally for protests, etc and I believe to consider anti-Globalist sentiments as being ‘a high risk and dangerous source of Domestic terrorism’… setting up the rationale for arresting and suppressing dissent… kinda like ‘Enemies of the State’ getting rounded up in North Korea… China… only this is being promoted now in the once Freer West.
The Sun is setting fast upon the West…. to the degree that in the space of a few years there has become a Massive push against Free speech, and the deplatforming of anyone and everyone who dares critisise the Far left Globalist agenda… or to openly discuss the activities of George Soros Just to hold such opinions as I have expressed above is almost illegal.
You get put on a ‘Watch list’ for expressing such things… The government now has powerful Tech that can ‘insure’ ‘misinformation’ does not reach the masses via the internet.

He received visits from the NZ Police with regards to maintaining his religious right to hold small worship services in the face of a Covid Lockdown despite no cases of Covid being detected in the entire South Island.
This proved the lockdowns have little to do with medical science/ public health and everything to do with power and control… forcing mindless obedience and compliance… and breaking Christian resistance to tyranny.

It has been in response to such overt tyranny and rights violations that has alarmed many ordinary New Zealanders… how Draconian our nation has become under Comrade Ardern’s heavy hand.
Many are joining the growing peaceful protest movement against compulsory vaccinations, mask mandates, and lockdowns.
Some of the biggest demonstrations in the history of our nation have been going on in recent months all across the country and outside the Beehive, largely ignored by the compromised Mainstream media who are failing in their moral duty to keep NZ Citizens informed about real News that affects them. Whenever such protests are mentioned it is always in derogatory terms and purposeful falsehoods about the numbers of protesters in attendance.

It was while attending such a rally that Carl was assaulted by a Far left Radical, and having also been slandered on-line Carl lodged a complaint with the Police.

Such is the state of our Nation… White Male Christian freedom advocates can be slandered and assaulted with Official impunity… esp when they have been flagged as being ‘Anti-government racist radicals’.
Like so many Vocal defenders of Kiwi Freedom and rights Carl has no doubt been put on the Police Shit list…(they have these now for political dissenters, bloggers, etc) while the real dangerous malicious radicals of the Far left operate openly… virtually with official sanction… as they share much in common with our Socialist PM.
Being flagged as a possible dangerous Extremist not only will make it harder for people like Carl to get the police to act on any complaints they make, it opens them up to being the target of Police intimidation and injustice.
This is happening now in New Zealand.
New Laws expose New Zealanders to heavy Police intrusions on the smallest of pretext.
Under such a climate all it takes to trigger a heavy handed response from the NZ Police is for some petty minded and malicious person who has a grudge against someone like Carl to make a false complaint.
And there is now a gang of Nasty Left wing Antifa types operating in New Zealand doing precisely this.
And they have been destroying peoples lives.
Please bear with me as I stitch together how what has happened to Carl fits into the big picture.
His is not an isolated case.
One high profile example of the activities of this malicious Far left Deplatform Gang’s was the sacking of Independent You Tuber and political commentator Lee Williams.
Lee, via his ‘Cross the Rubicon’ You Tube channel was very critical of Jacinda Ardern’s globalist politics, and was also locked into an online ideological war with several members of the Radical Far left Deplatform Gang.
Jealous of Lee Williams growing You tube following These nasty underhanded radicals used slanderous lies to blackmail Lee’s then Employers Synlait Dairy company with ‘Employing White Supremacist’s’. Synlait caved into this extortion and sacked Lee for the sake of avoiding damage to their companies reputation.
Lee is not a White Supremacist!
Lee in fact challenged systemic racism embedded in the New Zealand system in favour of racial quality before the law!
That was Lee’s crime… pointing out the corrupt racism inherent in our system.
Yet the Liars prevailed and Lee’s life was destroyed.
To escape the persecution he was facing Lee left New Zealand.
All this made the national news (except the truth about this being a Far left extremist extortion Con job).
Lee’s struggles were better covered by independent media sites like The BFD, and Blogs like ‘Eternal vigilance’, and others.
Lee got zero justice from the New Zealand Police for what he endured… The fraudulent slander and extortion that led to his unfair dismissal.
Why?
Because Lee in their book was flagged as a ‘troublemaker’ who does not deserve fair treatment.
So Like Carl’s complaint to the Police about being assaulted… Lee’s injustice also was not investigated.
The deplatforming gang faced zero legal consequences for their extortion racket, which will have only served to embolden them to continue.
Lee’s condemnation of Ardern’s Apartheid ambitions centered around her secreting of the He Pua Pua report that is a blueprint for handing over vast resources and powers to Maori Tribal Elites reached the halls of Power in particular Ardern’s Collaborators in the Maori Party.
These MPs joined in on the extortion of Synlait Dairy company, and persecution of Lee… some even calling for his residency to be revoked and for him to be deported.
All this because Lee spoke his personal political views on a small Youtube channel!
With this sort of persecution going on for anyone voicing dissenting opinions, you can easily imagine the dampening effect this has had on open political discourse in New Zealand.
You can be sure New Zealand Intelligence services opened up a Dossier on Williams and began collating who his associate were, etc, with a view of painting them as ‘Potential Domestic Terrorists’.

Carl is a man who stood up in defense of Lee when he was undergoing his ordeal.
This activity puts yet another X against his name in Police files.
Even if we put aside Carl’s own defiance regarding his right to worship, his mere association with Lee Williams is reason alone for us to suspect the New Zealand Police have a low opinion of Carl and care little about what injustices he suffers at the hands of Far Left extremists.
To the far Left, virtually everybody else on the political spectrum is considered ‘far right’.
From his bold defense of Lee Williams Carl will have drawn upon himself the malevolent attention of the Deplatforming Gang who destroyed his friends life.
You don’t need to be Sherlock Holmes to suspect that Carl Bromley is most likely the latest target of this well known Far Left Deplatforming Gang.
The police ought to have been aware of the high probability the complaint questioning Carl’s fitness to hold a firearms license was a malicious lie.
If this proves to be true it makes what the Police did to Carl Bromely not simply an act of gross incompetence… but a serious pre-meditated injustice.
Either the Police were easily fooled into committing violence against an innocent man, or they knew the complaint was fraudulent yet moved to take Carl’s gun anyway!
That’s blatant corruption!
Carl called the complaint ‘Bogus’ and we can be certain that it was Bogus because of Carl’s impeccable character.
Carl has Zero Police record, yet given how the Gun Laws work and Police powers and discretion, it is very difficult *for anyone* to srutinise whether or not the Police are acting upon accurate information because the whole process is cloaked in secrecy… so basically… unless you can raise a ton of cash for Lawyers etc… The Police can do whatever they please… and fabricate bogus arguments that arbitrarily call *anyone’s character or mental fitness* into question to quazi-justify their Draconian activities.
Where is the impartial oversight in how such cases are executed whereby abuses can be called out?
This must be investigated.
The veracity of the complaint that was used to raid Carls home must be scrutised.
At a minimum this raid shows that there is a lack of safeguards protecting citizens from suffering such an arbitrary home invasion by the police and confiscation of legitimately held firearms.
The Far Left Deplatforming gang must broken up, and face criminal charges.
These things must be done and yet the political corruption of our democracy is far more serious than the activities of a malicious gang of Far left Nut jobs.
The Police need to own up to their grievous error and return Carl’s lawful property.
They need to compensate him for the damages they caused and the torment they inflicted on his wife.
And most importantly they must expunge from his records any hint of wrongdoing that might stain his reputation in the future.
There is the serious matter of the attitude of the Police towards a Good Kiwi Citizen who had done nothing wrong, but simply expressed his vocal critisism of the government of the day.
I want you my reader to understand how the Ardern Regime has politisised the Police and turned them into an instrument for attacking the democratic rights of New Zealanders who want to see Ardern thrown out of office… via the democratic process… which includes the rights to free speech, to assemble, and to protest.
These are absolutely essential for the just functionality of a democratic system of governance whereby those in power only hold office by the ongoing consent of the governed.
What must be understood is that not only did Ardern shamelessly capitalise on the Christchurch Terror attack to confiscate New Zealand citizens guns, She also used this atrocity as a justification for weaponising the Police against her political opponents.
Notice how holding religious views, or political opinions outside the mainstream is viewed as Potential Terrorist traits.
And the assertion that our ‘Open internet’ makes us vulnerable to terrorist attacks!
Hmmmm so the government should take control of the internet… ‘to keep us safe from terrorism’… yeah right!
That way they could block Youtube channels Like Lee’s and Carl’s that critisise Ardern’s genius!
Yes! that will make New Zealand ‘Safer from terrorism’.

Notice how the democratic right to protest has been lumped next to terrorism by the simple addition of the word ‘Violent’. So in the mindset of the Police, anyone who attends a protest could be a potential Terrorist.
Is that really a fair and just… or sane way for the Police to look at Citizens exercising their Democratic rights?
Is the likelihood of New Zealand suffering a serious Terrorist attack really ‘Medium’ or Low?
It serves Ardern’s Political purposes to say the likelihood of terrorist attack is “Medium, feasible, and could well occur” because this allows her to put the Police and army in a state of Active preparation.

With this in mind it must be pointed out that heavy handed Police raids etc *has the very opposite effect!*
Such draconian behaviour is not conducive to harmonious social order but fosters resentment and outrage… and rightly so!
If the Police wanted to promote a cohesive resilient society they would respect the rights of the people to hold their own views.
They should respect liberty and enforce the law fairly and without political prejudice.
And yet we see at so many points Arderns ‘Inclusive Society’ excludes anyone who disagrees with her personal Political ideology.
Ardern demands obedience and submission by all.
We are expected to allow her to do what ever she pleases without murmur.
That is not how a Free society functions.
That is how a Dictatorship functions.
By becoming heavy handed the Police themselves are creating civil unrest.

While I personally believe the threat of Terrorism is extremely low, given how belligerent Ardern has been towards the rights of the New Zealand people, and mobilising the Police against her detractors… the threat of Anti-Ardern Protests turning ugly is inevitably on the rise.
Ardern seeks to use the Police as a shield while she continues to radically alter our Nation with absolute contempt for due process and the safeguards that would normally prevent such Autocratic behavior.

Getting a fake complaint was what they were waiting for… and all they needed to do precisely that.

It is only these sorts of scenario that makes what they have been doing lately explicable.
All their activities are flagrant attempts to forcefully suppress voices of opposition to Ardern’s Rule.
This same scenario is being played out in democracies all across the globe. Many nations have their own ‘Globalist Ideologues’ at the helm whose actions clearly demonstrate their loyalty is to the New World Order, not their own peoples independence. And people in these nations can see they are being taken for a ride to a destination they don’t want to be.
We have just seen peaceful Anti Vax Mandates/ Anti-lockdown protests in the Netherlands explode into all out riots.
Even though All Protests in New Zealand have been absolutely peaceful, it would be foolish for us not to appreciate that the New Zealand government is watching such overseas events with trepidation and that as such are unjustly transferring their fears that similar things could happen here. The Globalists seeking to subjugate the planet have also calculated how to prevent popular uprisings from thwarting their ultimate goals, and it is with this in mind that their minions in every Nation have been politicising and conditioning the Police and military to be prepared to use their arms against their own Citizens… as enemies of the State.
History is irrefutable that this is how Socialist Systems operate and maintain themselves… by keeping the people down. Under Jacinda Ardern our Nation is sinking fast!
We have now reached a point where to protest against what she is doing is to risk being labeled a danger to the State and losing your firearms license!
Only subservient supporters of the Regime get to enjoy such privilege!
Where does the loyalty of the average Policeman stand?
Any Police reading this need to ask themselves this important moral question.
Is it the duty and purpose of the Police to stand With the People and defend their rights… or do they consider it their job to be the Mindless enforcers of the Party Politicians who have managed to get hold of the levers of Power?
If Americans ever wondered what it would be like if Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez was running the USA they need look no further than how Jacinda Ardern has behaved while she has been at the helm in New Zealand.
Like AOC Ardern is a far Left Extremist. Like AOC Ardern has zero grip on the real world, or the catastrophe far left political ideology represents.
Ardern clearly shows she is prepared to lie, deceive, bankrupt our nation, and create a police state to impose her globalist delusions upon the people of New Zealand.
She has been the Perfect Storm.
Take a look at what happened in Venezuela when the shit hit the fan and the tyrannical Socialist government bankrupted the Nation and started killing it’s own citizens who dared protest.
Today Venezuela is in ruins and its people are starving… where would you stand if you were a member of the Police in such a crisis?
Where ought your loyalties lie?
It could very well be that with the ever increasing stranglehold this government places on the throats of the New Zealand public, that unless peaceful protests prevail in reversing our nations freefall into Totalitarianism… The struggle could turn very ugly… Peaceful means having failed it could come to civil war… The People vs the Corrupt State.
Unless they are prepared to disobey unjust orders, The New Zealand Police could quickly become like so many Jackbooted thugs in Communist Nations used to crush, Murder, and imprison Good brave Citizens who have been compelled to turn to Force to oust the tyrants who have sort to destroy and oppress their Nations.
In such cases the Criminals are the ones in power.
Far be it from me to ever advocate for such a situation!
Though the right of revolution to overthrow tyrannical government is a fundamental right of the people, it is for me too terrible to be contemplated.
If attempted it would also be highly likely to fail, and result in greater atrocities and injustices.
Unless the Military and the Police were on the side of the people.
We should watch what happens now in the Netherlands very carefully.
Will the Netherlands government capitulate in the face of such Violent protests or will they double down on their tyranny?
What will happen is depended upon how far the Socialist globalists in power there are prepared to go to retain their grip on power.
I believe the greatest hope Freedom advocates everywhere have of winning Freedom back is to shun all acts of Violence, Vandalism, Rioting, and destruction, and instead maintain our peaceful stand… even in the face of such injustices as have been dished out to Carl Bromely.
We should rally around such people.
We must protest against what was done, and yet we ought to remain civil at all times… This makes it very difficult for the tyrants to deploy the Jackboots against us with Full fury… because More people see what they are doing… see how unjust the régime is… and their ability to govern evaporates.
With the passing of time more and more people join the ranks of Resistance.
Despite such atrocities as Tiananmen Square in 1989
Peaceful resistance can break the resolve of all but the most brutal of tyrannies.
History proves that Peaceful people movements can defeat vastly stronger Political interests.
Two noteworthy examples are the Peaceful protest movements of Mahatma Ghandi and Martin Luther King Junior.
The essential thing is for the People to stand in protest *before* such Absolute tyranny gains a strong grasp.
Given that the New Zealand people have zero stomach for Bloody Revolution and little means by which such measures might be achieved, Peaceful resistance offers the best prospects of success by far.
So I assert that Peaceful resistance is not only the Higher moral path, but also is the most pragmatic reason for hope that we shall prevail in keeping our Nation Independent and Free from the Globalist Tyranny.
But to achieve this we must Bravely stand together!
We cannot allow such things as happened to Our Boy Carl Bromley to go unchallenged, without voicing strong displeasure and a demand for justice.
The Police need to be censured and know New Zealanders will not respect them unless they respect our rights!
What happened to Carl ought to stimulate us to stand even more resolved for our Free Nation!
We cannot allow such vile police State antics to become the norm.
Nor should we tolerate the Police’s Anti-private Firearm ownership attitude.
This in itself shows the Police have become arrogant and forget their place… that is as our servants.
Citizens have strong gun Rights… Slaves do not.
The Freedom movement must also be on the watch for Subversive ‘Wolves in sheeps clothing’ entering in among us seeking to corrupt our movement from within.
Beware any so-called freedom activists who start to promote Hatred, violence, or Riotous behavior.
It is only by walking the righteous path that we can avoid being legitimately labeled a danger to civil order.
Any Civil disobedience must be 100% peaceful. The evil powers that be would love to see the freedom movement collapse into Mayhem, for that would be their opportunity to send in the jackboots.
As long as we adhere to Peaceful Protest we have the upper hand and occupy the Moral high ground.
Peacefully Protest. Peacefully Resist. Peacefully refuse to Comply.
I speak with certainty that Carl Bromley will whole heartedly agree with those sentiments.
I will also say We must never surrender our rights. We will not show our papers. We will not accept a cashless system. We will not surrender our National independence to any Global overlords.
