    If there were Catholic baptism legislation would that mean that Protestant baptism was illegal? No.
    If there were Catholic baptism legislation would that mean that Protestant baptism legislation was desirable? No.

    Gay marriage is not illegal and those opposed to gay marriage legislation are not seeking to make gay marriage illegal.

    The gay marriage issue is about forcing the 39% to accept gay marriage.
